Online Reservations Policy

Deposits, Guarantees & Cancellations

A deposit of 20% will be processed on your credit card to secure your online reservation. This deposit is fully refundable – provided cancellations are received at least 14 days prior to arrival. Deposit and cancellation requirements may vary for special events and holidays.

Special rates do not apply to group bookings of 10 or more rooms and are based on arrival date and length of stay. Should you decide to depart before the minimum length-of-stay requirement is fulfilled, rates will revert to the current prevailing rate.

Check-in time is 2:00pm
Check-out time is 12:00pm

Children's Rates

No charge for children 12 years old and under occupying the same room with parents, unless additional bedding is requested.

Extra Person Charges

Baht 700 per additional person or rollaway bed per night.

All rates are inclusive to Thailand V.A.T. 7% and Service charge of 10%. Tax subject to change without notice.
